Dear New Neighbor:
Welcome to Glen Rock! We are pleased to invite you to join us as a member of
our town’s Newcomers and Neighbors association. This community organization
sponsors social events throughout the year in order to help residents, old and
new, get the most out of living in our wonderful town. Our events include a
Progressive Dinner, Ladies/Men’s Night Out, Playgroups, Wine & Cheese
Tasting events and much more! Whether you are single or married, childfree or
child-raising, we’ve got something for you. Come be a part of the fun!
Please save the date of September 10th! We will be hosting an information open
house at the pool pavilion from 10:00-12:00. If you are interested in joining, we
encourage you to stop by and see what’s in store for this year. Also on
September 10th, there will be a social for all members and residents interested in
joining. This kick off event will be held at the Glen Rock Inn from 5:00-7:00. Stop
in and meet your neighbors!
The annual fee for new members from September through June is $45.00 per
household. Checks are made payable to Glen Rock Newcomers and Neighbors
and should be mailed to N&N, P.O. Box 1141, Glen Rock, NJ 07452.
We hope that you will become a part of this great organization as it is a wonderful
way to meet people and get to know your neighbors throughout Glen Rock! If
you are interested in joining, please review and return the enclosed information
sheet (see reverse) along with your $45 check for the annual dues fee (or bring
your completed application to either event on the 10th)!
Once you join, you will receive a monthly newsletter and e-mail with all the
information you need to know for upcoming events.
The board members of our organization are very excited to welcome you to Glen
Rock and look forward to hearing from you soon.
